Seems as though everyone has a big wheel bike, nothing wrong with that, I just wanted something different. Decided I wanted a comfortable bike with a fat tire that is rideable. The wife and I like touring and now we can do it in style and comfort.
I wanted a project to work on with my family, when this bike came along it was perfect timing. We spent the winter and spring working on it as we could.
I have a “landing sequence” when it’s time to park. The S.O.B. center stand will deploy, once fully deployed the whole bike will dispell air from all four shocks at the same time and gracefully sit down to 2″ off the ground.
Family time building the bike. Enjoyed working with my two sons, Austin & Blake, Daughter Carley and wife Teresa.
Since this was a family project deciding on the paint wad difficult. After many discussions, likes and dislikes I finally gave up on the paint scheme.
I introduced my wife to the painter and told them I wanted to be surprised; then I walked away. I had no idea what I was getting until the day I picked it up.
I think they did a perfect job and I was very pleased with the outcome.
Everywhere we go this bike draws attention.
People love the color and fat look..
The “landing sequence” is always a conversation starter. The “take off” sequence is cool as well.
